About the Event
Sunday Service Guest Pastor:
Pastor Bart Loos grew up in the church as a Pastor’s kid. “It was a blast.” He is currently finishing up his third year in ministry as an ordained pastor and continuously humbled by Christ’s grace.Originally from Buffalo, NY, Pastor Bart loves being married to his wife, Christaline, and being a father to their two beautiful daughters, Hazel (2 yrs old) and Callista (2 months old)! Being a husband and father and pastor to his family is his first vocation and he loves it. Upon graduating from the Cross-Cultural Ministry Center at Concordia Irvine and ordained in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod as a Missionary Pastor, he immediately received his first Call to the be the Lutheran Campus Pastor at UCLA. Over the past three years, he has led the revisioning for campus ministry at UCLA, throughout Los Angeles, and also throughout the Pacific Southwest District. The Pacific Southwest District has adopted this vision to make it the PSD Campus Mission Coalition and one of their Mission initiatives. He loves learning peoples’ stories, growing in relationship with them and sharing Jesus along the way.
